Although this urn is carefully handcrafted to order, we still offer the possibility to return it under certain conditions.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided that the urn:

• Is undamaged
• Does not contain cremation ashes and has not contained ashes
• Is returned in its original condition and packaging

Urns that have contained or had cremation ashes placed inside cannot be returned.

In case of a valid return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 5 working days.
